The role
We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Sales Manager (Atlantic) to join our growing sales team.
Responsibilities include
* Manage, develop, and train the EMEA Sales team, ensuring they hit quotas.
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns that generate interest and demand for our products.
* Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely follow-up on all inquiries.
* Represent the company at industry events and on webinars.
* Study industry trends and current opportunities for business expansion.
* Plan the growth of the EMEA region, identifying growth levers and experimenting with strategies.
* Engage in planning and preparing reports for management and cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
* 3-5 years of successful sales experience in SMB SaaS software.
* 2+ years of sales management experience is preferred.
* Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability.
