Salary: £17,680 per year
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

What This Apprenticeship Is All About
As a Business Administration Apprentice, you’ll work with our Truck Sales team and learn how a real commercial business operates. You’ll gain hands‑on experience and even get involved with big industry events like RTX Scotland and Truckfest Scotland.
Alongside your job, you’ll work towards completing the SVQ in Business and Administration (SCQF Level 5, with the opportunity to progress to Level 6) through our training partner GTG. This nationally recognised qualification is a brilliant start to any career in business, sales, or customer service.

What you will be doing
You will work with our Truck Sales team and our suppliers learn how a real commercial business operates. You’ll gain hands-on experience and even get involved with big industry events like RTX Scotland and Truckfest Scotland.
Your daily tasks may include:
12. Processing new truck orders and preparing reports
13. Helping with rental fleet compliance and service administration
14. Updating customer information in our systems (CRM)
15. Helping coordinate vehicle movements
16. Working with engineers and suppliers to prepare vehicles
17. Supporting invoicing and vehicle registration tasks
18. Keeping paperwork and records accurate
19. Helping with customer surveys, demonstrations and general admin tasks

Entry Requirements

20. GCSE or National 5 (Grade A–C / Level 5) in English and Maths
21. The ability to travel to our Bellshill site
22. No previous apprenticeship or degree in business/administration
