What you will do
Our Installation & Commissioning Engineers are involved in installing & commissioning Fire Alarm Systems. The successful engineer will install & commission Fire Alarm Systems to the relevant industry standards, providing exceptional customer service with industry leading technical knowledge whilst Identifying and resolving issues for various types of advanced systems, focusing on software products and software development whilst providing guidance to apprentices and more junior level technicians, as needed, for successful completion of work. We are looking for engineers who have the ability to identify and rectify problems before they occur. This is a fantastic opportunity for a time served Engineer to work within a high performing team, focusing on a geographical region. How you will do it
15. Provide excellent Customer Service to exceed the expectations and requirements of both the internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers.
16. To Service the appropriate devices, working safely and responsibly to avoid injuries, damage to property, and the loss of unused materials.
17. Ensuring your time is managed efficiently and jobs are prioritised correctly.
18. Correctly complete Engineer work reports, handover certificates/BSIA Certificates or checklist as appropriate.
What we look for
Essential:-
19. Experience within Fire & Security industry
20. Driving license
21. Ability to lift and climb ladders
22. Had or have previous experience working in a customer facing environment
Preferred:-
23. Hold current relevant qualifications to the industry i.e. 18 edition/ NVQ/ City and Guilds/BTEC/FIA
