Banana Moon Day Nurseries is seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join our vibrant team!
As a Level 3 Nursery Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing the highest standard of care and education for young children, helping them to learn and develop in a nurturing environment.
Responsibilities
* Creating and maintaining a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children.
* Planning and delivering engaging activities based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Observing and assessing children’s development and progress, ensuring individual needs are met.
* Building strong relationships with parents and caregivers, facilitating open communication about their child's development.
* Working collaboratively with your colleagues in a team-oriented environment.
* Ensuring compliance with all nursery policies, procedures, and safeguarding practices.
Qualifications
* A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare.
* Experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting.
* Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work as part of a team and use your initiative.
* Cleared Enhanced DBS check.
