The Bread Factory is London’s premier Artisan Bakery, celebrated for our award-winning breads, pastries, and cakes. We proudly supply top-quality products across e-commerce, grocery, food services, and retailers like GAIL’s Bakeries nationwide. As our teams expand, we are excited to welcome a new Customer Care Advisor to our family!

Your Daily Adventures

Every day is unique at The Bread Factory! Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be doing:

* Be the first point of contact for our customers, expertly answering their queries.
* Respond to customer inquiries with care and attention.
* Handle customer complaints and requests, collaborating with relevant departments to find solutions.
* Process daily orders into our ordering system, TROPOS.
* Work with multiple departments to ensure smooth daily operations for ordering, production, and delivery.
* Identify and flag any issues to the Customer Care Team Leader/Manager.


What We’re Looking For

Our team believes you’ll be a fantastic addition if you have:

* A willingness to work a 5-day rota on weekdays and weekends (shifts vary from 6am-3pm, 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm) with one day in the office each week.
* Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
* Great attention to detail and a high accuracy rate.
* Strong problem-solving abilities.
* The ability to thrive under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet daily deadlines.
* Strong IT skills and telephone etiquette.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
