The Best Connection are recruiting for a Cabinet Maker / Bench Joiner on behalf our client based in Aintree.
The role includes the following:
* Select appropriate wood types and materials, and prepare them according to detailed specifications
* Craft bespoke cabinets, furniture and architectural features tailored to ecclesiastical and luxury home environments
* Execute precise joinery techniques including dovetailing, mortise and tenon and other traditional woodworking joints
* Operate hand tools such as chisels, saws and Operate power tools such as sanders, routers, drills
* Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure all work meets design specifications and craftsmanship standards
* Interpret technical drawings, schematics and cutting lists with precision
* Troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues as they arise.
* Collaborate effectively with fellow joiners, carpenters and site personnel to ensure smooth project execution
Key Requirements:
* Proven relevant experience or apprenticeships
* Skilled in using hand and power tools with strong joinery knowledge
* High standards of precision and craftsmanship
* Capable of resolving fabrication issues efficiently
* Hold a valid CSCS card
The working hours are 08:30 - 16:30, Mon - Fri.
