ESOL English Tutor
Salary:
£25 - £30 Per hour
Job Duties:
* Plan and deliver effective English language lessons to ESOL students
* Assess students' language skills and track their progress
* Create engaging and interactive learning materials
* Provide feedback to students to help them improve their English language proficiency
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience
Required Qualifications:
* TEFL/TESOL certification
* Experience in teaching English to speakers of other languages
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs
Education:
Bachelor's degree in English Language or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching ESOL
Knowledge and Skills:
* Thorough understanding of English language teaching principles
* Familiarity with language assessment tools
* Ability to create engaging lesson plans
* Strong organisational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in English Language Teaching
* Experience working with diverse student populations
Working Conditions:
The role involves working part-time hours on a temporary basis. The tutor will be required to deliver lessons at a designated educational institution in Oxfordshire, England. The work environment will be a classroom setting with a diverse group of ESOL students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
