Position Overview of Project Manager: Are you a proactive leader who thrives in dynamic engineering environments? As Project Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering key engineering projects, working closely with Senior Project Managers and Business Area Managers. You will act as the central point of communication between senior leadership, engineering teams, and on-site delivery personnel to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities of Project Manager: * Coordinate resources, equipment, and project information to ensure smooth project execution. * Set up and manage project teams, ensuring all documentation (e.g. permits, POWRAs, site checklists) is complete and accessible. * Deliver and submit all project handover documentation on schedule. * Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) regulations and company policies. * Support the management of engineering changes, commercial variations, and project budgets. * Serve as the main point of contact for clients, facilitating smooth project planning and resolving potential roadblocks. * Prepare progress reports and monitor project milestones. * Promote a strong safety culture and apply sound construction health and safety principles. * Use your construction planning and scheduling knowledge to support timely project delivery. * Foster strong client relationships through excellent customer service and professional communication. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and records. What We're Looking For: * A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred – however, substantial project management experience will also be considered. * Strong understanding of engineering workflows, mechanical installations, electrical components, and material handling systems. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic document management systems. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Eligibility to obtain an airside pass (must pass a DBS check and provide 5 years of referencing).
