The
Contracts & Analytics Coordinator
will have responsibility for administering Radiometer's contract portfolio, including its Managed Service Contracts and the associated sub-contracts. This is achieved through timely management of renewal quotations, following up quotations, accurate data entry and handling, invoicing, and the handling of customer queries. The position will also help with bid generation, facilitate department and customer meetings, use and develop analytical tools, support sales team with pricing queries, communicate with vendors and customers and arrange third party reviews
.
This position reports to the
Contracts and Pricing Manager
and is part of the
Contracts Team
located in
Manor Royal, Crawley.
This will be a remote role with regular travel to the office and customer sites within the UK required.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
* Develop and manage contracts for customers and their 3rd parties
* Coordinate contract performance monitoring initiatives (Quality, financial, Customer KPIs)
* Coordinate renewal quotations for all types of contracts
* Negotiate services, prices and KPIs
* Develop essential data processing & Analysis systems
* Manage of consumable ordering programs
* Produce and improve contract reports
The essential requirements of the job include:
* Negotiation & contractual relationship skills
* Project management experience
* Ability to manipulate and analyse large data-sets
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
* Ability to travel – Customer meetings 45%, Company meetings 15%, Home 40%. Travel within UK with occasional overnight stays.
* Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
* Experience working in a healthcare setting
* Experience working in commercial, contractual, or project management roles
* Qualifications related to using data processing/analytics tools
