Salary:
* Unqualified: Base salary of £24,604.58, earning up to £32,348.58 with sleep-in shifts.
* Qualified: Base salary of £27,107.08, earning up to £34,851.08 with sleep-in shifts.

Your Role
We are seeking passionate Residential Support Workers to join our collaborative team in Dorchester. You will play a vital role in delivering personalized care packages tailored to the unique needs of each child and young adult.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide flexible and individual care to our young people.
* Promote, safeguard, and protect the welfare of our residents.
* Establish and maintain positive, trusting relationships.
* Encourage the development of individual interests.
* Work effectively as part of a team, accepting guidance and direction.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience working with children and young people, with an understanding of the challenges they face.
* Flexibility to work 7 x 24-hour shifts, including sleep-ins, on a 3-week rotation (09:00 am - 09:30 am the following day).
* Willingness to pursue a Residential Childcare/Families Practitioner Diploma or equivalent, upgrading to Level 4.
* A full UK driving license and access to a car for travel.
* Excellent communication and listening skills.
* A commitment to learning and teamwork.
* Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check (cost covered by us).
* Experience with Emotional Behavioral Disorder, Social/Residential Work, or Youth Work is a plus.
