National Account Manager

We are delighted to be working with a natural, sustainability focused Drinks manufacturer who have a recognisable and refreshing Drinks portfolio.
An opportunity has arisen for a National Account Manager to join the business who will be responsible for managing existing accounts such as Bidfood and Brakes as well as identifying and winning new business within the Foodservice and OOH channel.
You’ll be working closely with the channel controller to implement the long-term Foodservice / Out of Home strategy as well as short-term business development wins.
Key responsibilities include:
* Focus on growth within your existing portfolio as well winning new accounts
* Demonstrating passion for the brands and educating customers on key differentiators against competitors
* Leveraging key drivers such as Promotions, Range, Pricing and Space to maximise sales and profit
* Work collaboratively with the wider team, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention in addition to account growth.
This candidate will ideally have experience working within an SME food or drinks brand but most importantly the capability and approach to liaise with decision makers in the Foodservice channel.
Candidate attributes:
* A natural people person, a strong communicator at all levels
* P&L experience and an understanding of JBPs
* Proven track record of new business wins and account growth within Foodservice
* Driven by results and constantly strives for success
