Description
Reporting into the agency Account Director, as Studio Coordinator, you'll be responsible for: • Managing the production schedule and workflow for a team of designers/animators and a social media manager • Coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, including video, animation, social campaigns, and print work (flyers, brochures, etc.) • Quoting and estimating projects based on briefs • Managing timelines and workload across the studio • Making sure the team has clear briefs and everything they need to deliver work efficiently
Experience
We’re looking for someone highly organised, confident in working with and briefing creative teams, commercially aware when quoting work, and comfortable working in a busy agency environment where priorities can shift quickly.
You'll need to have agency side experience and a strong understanding of project timings and the ability to estimate how long work will take.
You'll have experience in managing the day to day running of the studio, and be confident in handling briefs, estimating timings and scheduling porjects across the design team.
Remuneration • £30-35k depending on experience • Hybrid working - predominantly remote with occasional days each quarter in their Warwickshire office
