About the role
You will be part of our store team in a luxury retail environment, sharing our brand’s passion and values with customers and colleagues. Leading by example, you’ll inspire the team to generate sales and profit, minimize losses, and create the best possible customer experience while ensuring the store remains visually distinctive and impeccably maintained.
Responsibilities
* Demonstrate in‑depth product knowledge and employ successful link‑selling skills to drive business.
* Build customer outfits, make product recommendations and help achieve store KPIs.
* Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers to secure repeat business.
* Act as a brand ambassador, staying current on fashion trends.
* Ensure shop floor and stockroom maintenance, presentation and organization are upheld.
* Show flexibility and innovation in response to changing business conditions, especially during peak trade.
About you
* Previous experience in hospitality or retail.
* Hardworking with excellent communication skills.
* Interest in fashion/retail.
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment under pressure.
* Passionate about driving sales using digital platforms.
