Responsibilities
* Matching, checking and coding invoices
* Preparing customer invoices
* Reconcile bank statements
* Making payments via BACS
* Processing staff expenses
* Setting up of new supplier/customer accounts and maintaining existing account details
* Reconciliation of supplier and customer statements
* Managing petty cash
* Being first point of contact for all relevant enquiries
* Data entry
* Maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers
* Reviewing systems and processes and making improvements where necessary
* General office duties
* Finance department administration
Qualifications
* Proficient in using Excel
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
