You will be working from our modern offices in a rural setting on the outskirts of Chester (just off the A55).
What will you be doing?
You will be a key member of the team working across all departments to help with the smooth running of the office. The role is varied, full support will be given, with duties included but not limited to;
Admin support
Support internal departments with administrative needs
Schedule appointments and meetings and coordinate calendars
Follow-up with client to clients on completion of site work and service desk jobs
Processing engineer jobs and reports
Process supplier orders, deliveries and asset inventory
Process client orders and generate invoices
Generate proposals and quotations
Process card payments
Office & Operations Management
Match customer accounts to supplier charges and assist in reconciling discrepancies
Produce client reports using information from CRM system
Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and equipment servicing
Answer and direct phone calls, generate jobs via CRM system, maintain polite and professional communication via phone and email
Communication & Customer Service
Act as first point of contact for general enquiries
Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails
Build good relationships with clients, suppliers and engineering teams
