People Services Coordinator

You'll be working on…
Do you enjoy keeping things organised and running smoothly?
Want to be at the centre of how a People team operates day to day?
This role is about delivering a consistent, accurate and responsive People service.
You'll:
* Support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to leaving
* Keep employee data accurate and up to date
* Make sure processes are followed and documentation is right first time
* Help improve how things are done, not just maintain them
Key areas you'll be involved in:
* Contracts, offer letters and employment changes
* Right to work checks and pre-employment compliance
* Absence logging and administration
* Payroll inputs and data accuracy
* Managing the People inbox and responding to queries
You'll work with…

You'll work closely with:
* Our people across the business
* The People team
* Payroll and Finance Team
In practice, that means you'll:
* Answer first-line questions and give clear guidance
* Keep things moving, following up where needed
* Escalate issues when they need more input

* Basic knowledge of UK employment legislation

* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and HR systems
* The ability to manage data and documentation carefully
* CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent experience)
