As a supply teacher, your focus will be on delivering engaging, pre-prepared lessons and creating a positive classroom atmosphere. You'll seamlessly integrate into each school's daily routine, upholding their policies and ensuring a consistent and productive learning experience for all pupils.
What you will need to succeed:
You must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Proven experience teaching within UK primary schools is essential.
Confidence in managing a primary classroom and fostering positive behaviour.
The ability to build instant rapport with pupils and staff.
