£45,000 + company car, mobile phone and laptop
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Are you an experienced Health and Safety professional looking for your next challenge?
We are looking for a Group Health & Safety Manager to cover several UK locations across the North of England/Midlands and take ownership of their health and safety function. This is a key role where you will be travelling across various sites, engaging with teams and embedding best practice throughout the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Keeping training records current and ensuring all staff receive appropriate safety instruction.
Leading risk assessments and safety audits across all operational sites.
Supporting site managers and teams to improve safety performance and awareness.
Taking full ownership of the H&S agenda while building strong relationships at all levels.Along with the above you will be carrying out the usual audits, policy reviews, site visits etc.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a group-level Health and Safety Manager role, ideally covering multiple sites
A recognised Health and Safety qualification - NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (someone who can engage, influence and lead but not bore)
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.Why Apply?
