Location: Southport

Role Responsibilities:
As a team member within the Medical Records Team, you will:
* Support the legal teams within Fletchers Group by requesting medical records, processing incoming medical record bundles, and instructing cases for pagination.
* Be a point of contact for the legal teams and the Trusts/GP surgeries from whom records are requested.

Role Profile & Main Responsibilities:
* Request medical records and relevant documentation from various organizations as directed.
* Review received records for completeness; request missing records and raise issues with the Legal Client Care Team if needed.
* Process and upload records to the Case Management system in line with SLA.
* Archive and locate stored media, ensuring data handling policies are followed.
* Verify records in accordance with GDPR.
