Overview We are seeking a motivated and flexible Late Shift Supervisor to oversee and coordinate multiple small teams during late shift operations. This role has been created to bring structure, consistency, and leadership as workloads and team numbers continue to grow. Key Responsibilities Compile staff rotas Manage leave requests and arrange cover when required Plan workloads effectively Allocate tasks and monitor progress against targets Brief teams on new initiatives, target changes, and business updates Maintain safety standards at all times Train staff and ensure training records are kept up to date Ensure quality standards are met and maintained Conduct performance reviews Liaise with customers professionally and effectively Oversee internal audits and compliance checks About the Role The late shift consists of several small, specialised teams working on different aspects of client projects. Historically, these teams have operated autonomously. With increased demand and additional teams, this supervisory role will ensure a unified approach, consistent processes, and strong leadership across all groups. Requirements Previous supervisory or team leadership experience (late shift experience preferred) Strong organisational skills Excellent communication abilities Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety Shift time - Monday - Friday 2pm - 10pm Pay & Benefits £14 per hour 11% late shift premium (dependent on experience) Opportunity to shape and develop the structure of growing teams
