Job Description
I am looking for our next surveyor at Best Snag Scotland.
We're Scotlands only dedicated snagging company owned and operated by Chartered Surveyors.
The role would suit a current Building Surveyor or Site Manager looking for a better work/life balance. The role would give you flexibility over your working days.
The candidate must be MRICS or MCIOB.
The candidate will preferably have previous new build site management experience as all our inspections are carried out on new build properties.
£45-55K earning potential.
The role is for someone self employed or looking to become self employed. Full support would be provided to set yourself up.
1 survey per day- making for a good work/life balance.
There will be days where you will be finished earlier than your standard 8-5pm site management shift pattern and there will be days that require working into the evening to get surveys and reports complete to strict deadlines.
You will determine your own holidays. However, there is potential to earn £45-55k per year and take 40 days holiday.
Training on our systems and processes will be provided to the successful candidate.
