Are you a skilled Civil Litigation Lawyer looking for your next opportunity in a supportive and forward-thinking legal practice?
We’re working with a well-established firm in Essex seeking a confident and capable solicitor to join their litigation team. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload and contribute to the continued growth of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle a broad range of litigation matters including personal injury (RTA & EL), contested probate, commercial and contract disputes, employment issues, and land/boundary disputes.
* Prepare and file legal documents, conduct research, and represent clients in hearings and mediations.
* Negotiate settlements and manage client relationships effectively.
* Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to team development.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience in civil litigation.
* Strong case management and negotiation skills.
* Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
