We're on the hunt for a Service Desk Analyst to join us and provide 1st Line Service Desk support to our Stores, Head Office and Logistics colleagues. What you will be doing… Work within the Service Desk call logging system to resolve tickets within agreed SLA times. Work in accordance with a pre-defined incident management process. Take ownership of user problems, following up the status of problems on behalf of the user, communicating progress. Escalate unresolved calls where necessary to the wider Service Desk team. Arrange external technical support where problems cannot be resolved in house. Create and manage user accounts, reset passwords, create groups etc in Active Directory, Office 365 and other applications Procure, track and manage IT assets that fall with the scope of the Service Desk, ensuring value for money. Always maintain a high level of customer service. Demonstrate our people values in what you do and how you do it. What we are looking for… Experience within an I.T Service Desk environment, ideally within a similar industry. A keen interest in applications and systems, keeping up to date with industry news. An ability to work across internal functions and build productive relationships. Highly organised with a methodical and structured approach to work. Solutions focused with a practical and results driven mindset. Thrives in a fast-paced environment, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
