37.5 hours Here at Lovell, we have an exciting opportunity for 2 x Customer Service Co-ordinators to join our East Anglia team in Norwich. This is a fantastic role for anyone who is keen to progress within the housing industry! Reporting to our Head of Customer Service,
youll
manage and deliver the administration process relevant to post contract / handover services to purchasers for the completion of defects. Other responsibilities will include assisting in the organisation of the Customer Service Operatives daily diaries, logging and
assisting
with all correspondence that comes into the Customer Service Department, answering incoming calls into the Customer Service Department and general office administration duties. Its
essential that our Customer Service Co-ordinator brings
previous
experience in the housing sector, with a solid understanding of defect management and related responsibilities. With exceptional written and verbal communication skills,
youll
be highly organised and have a keen eye for detail.
Youll
be highly motivated, have good problem-solving skills and be fully competent in MS Office. Benefits Holidays - 26 days
