Location: South East England (Remote-first, with regional field visits)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £40,000 base + £20,000 OTE (paid monthly)
Car Allowance: £500/month

About the Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you'll be on the ground in your region - prospecting, cold calling, setting face-to-face meetings, and converting restaurant and takeaway owners into long-term partners.
You'll be working in a highly entrepreneurial environment with tons of autonomy, driving new business in your area while being supported by offshore SDRs aligned to your pipeline. This is a field sales role where relationships matter, and every meeting has the potential to turn into a long-term client.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
Making 40+ outbound calls daily to generate and qualify leads
Booking and attending face-to-face meetings in your territory (no later than 6 PM)
Selling a full-suite tech product to independent restaurants and chains
Partnering with offshore SDRs to support your outreach
