Job Description: District Nurse
As an experienced District Nurse, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive healthcare services to patients within the local community. Your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting home visits to assess patients' health needs
* Providing skilled nursing care and administering medications
* Managing chronic conditions and offering support and education to patients and their families
* Acting as a liaison between patients and the wider healthcare team
* Coordinating care and advocating for patients' needs
* Contributing to public health initiatives, disease prevention, and health promotion
You should be personable, friendly, empathetic, with excellent time management, strong communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously and make judgment calls when required.

Nursing Requirements:
* NMC registration
