Job Title: Project Planner / Senior Project Planner

Are you ready to take your Planning expertise to a high-impact Defence project?
We are seeking a Planner / Senior Planner for a major Defence client. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work with the opportunity to be on-site in Reading as needed.
You must have SC Clearance.
You'll lead complex scheduling, data reporting, and resource management using Primavera P6, ensuring seamless project delivery in a secure, highly-regulated environment.
Primary Responsibilities
* Lead and facilitate planning sessions and workshops, driving collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* Work directly with Stakeholders, Clients, Contractors, and Subcontractors to develop and execute detailed construction schedules in Primavera P6.
* Manage and maintain comprehensive program schedules, delivering detailed progress updates and 1, 3, and 6-month look-aheads.
* Oversee the end-to-end service delivery, ensuring that client objectives are met through value-added service and scheduling best practices.
Qualifications
* Demonstrable experience as a Planner, ideally in Defence.
* Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Primavera P6.
* Security Clearance required.
* Highly motivated, independent, and committed to delivering top-notch client service.
