Salt is excited to be working with a DTC consumer healthcare business at the start of their growth plan. They are looking for someone to lead brand strategy and growth across one of their brands. You will be an entrepreneurial character and act innovatively, owning the P&L and the growth of the team.

The Role
This is a diverse role, combining marketing expertise with commercial acumen. You will own one of the brands in their portfolio and be responsible for driving growth.
* Own P&L for the brand.
* Develop commercial brand strategies to impact revenue growth.
* Manage all marketing and advertising budgets.
* Develop GTM strategies.
* Own the DTC site strategy and growth.
* Co-develop acquisition strategies.
* And more! It’s almost like being a mini CEO.
You
They’re looking for someone with a strong DTC marketing background, eager to work in a high-growth environment. You will need:
* Minimum 7 years’ experience in marketing and ecommerce, with a proven track record of high revenue growth.
* Experience delivering brand marketing strategies with a commercial focus.
* Experience in a DTC brand, ideally in consumer healthcare.
* Strong commercial experience with P&L and budget management.
* Senior leadership experience, with the ability to influence within the business.
