The menu at Alecs Restaurant Bar & Grill is traditionally British and sets out to provide simple, quality fresh food. Although predominantly a seafood restaurant serving the finest fish and shellfish, mouth-watering meat dishes add to this impressive menu.
Restaurant Manager's responsibilities are:
- Proactive management of the team, leading by example to deliver outstanding customer service which has come to be expected by the brand.
- Responsible for all waiting staff and planning rotas.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Laws and to assist in maintaining the restaurant's 5-star food hygiene rating and ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations.
- To monitor weekly and daily turnover figures plus cashflow, adjusting operational budgets to promote profitability.
- Liaising with General Manager to make decisions for operational activities setting and achieving strategic goals.
- Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Drive Alecs culture, inspire, guide, and educate juniors in your team.
- Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth delivery of our high standards and profitability.
