GSL Education are seeking a dedicated ECT to join schools in Sheffield. This role provides the opportunity to deliver engaging lessons, build classroom confidence, and develop professionally with ongoing guidance and support. Responsibilities as an Early Careers Teacher: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to pupils’ needs. Support pupils’ academic progress, confidence, and engagement in learning. Implement classroom management strategies to ensure a positive learning environment. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and resources. Provide constructive feedback and assess pupil progress. Maintain safeguarding standards and promote pupil welfare at all times. Requirements for Early Careers Teacher: UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory. Strong subject knowledge and passion for teaching. Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills. Enthusiasm, creativity, and ability to motivate pupils. An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply). A CV covering the last 10 years of employment history, with any gaps explained.
