Fleet Coordinator - Chipping Sodbury
1. Salary: Between £32,000-£48,000 per annum plus potential bonuses.
2. Hours: 40-hour week, Monday to Saturday, with alternate weekend working discussed upon application.
Our client, a leading used van retailer operating across the UK, is looking to recruit a Fleet Coordinator for their head office/showroom in the Bath area.
Reporting to management, you will oversee post-sale customer service operations, including warranties, complaints, online reviews, customer administration, and vehicle handovers, ensuring customers receive a professional and efficient experience throughout.
The role will also involve coordinating drivers, managing vehicle logistics, and overseeing fleet maintenance scheduling, including servicing, MOTs, and repairs.
Key responsibilities include:
3. Managing customer queries, complaints, and feedback.
4. Handling vehicle warranty registrations and claims.
5. Monitoring and responding to online reviews.
6. Coordinating vehicle collections, deliveries, and driver schedules.
7. Managing fleet servicing, maintenance, and repair schedules.
8. Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate records.
9. Supporting FCA and Consumer Duty compliance administration.
10. Producing reports on customer satisfaction and operational activity.
To be eligible, you should have strong communication and organisational skills alongside previous experience within automotive customer service, aftersales, operations, or fleet coordination. IT literacy and a full UK driving licence with minimal points are essential.
