Psychology Graduate - SEN Support Role (Primary & Secondary)

Salary: £90-£100 per day (dependent on experience)
The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Psychology Graduate to join a supportive mainstream school in Bath, working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) across both primary and secondary age groups.
In this role, you will primarily support pupils who have experienced trauma, often presenting with needs similar to Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC). You will play an important part in helping students feel safe, understood, and able to engage positively with their learning.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
Support students with trauma-related needs and ASC-like presentations
Assist in delivering personalised interventions to support learning and emotional development
Help pupils develop emotional regulation, social interaction skills, and confidence
Work closely with teaching staff, SENCO, and pastoral teams
Contribute to maintaining a calm, structured, and nurturing environment
Track and report on student progress and wellbeing
