About the Role
As a Night Support Assistant, you will play a key role in providing overnight care and support for pupils and students aged 5-19 within our residential setting. You'll help ensure their wellbeing, comfort, and safety throughout the night, offering reassurance and practical support as needed.
Working as a Night Support Assistant, you'll:
Provide high-quality, person-centred care during night hours.
Support pupils/students with bedtime and morning routines.
Monitor and record individual needs in line with care plans.
Promote independence, dignity, and respect at all times.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and follow safeguarding policies.About You
To be successful as a Night Support Assistant, you'll be patient, compassionate, and positive, with a genuine commitment to helping young people thrive.
Essential qualification: Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
Experience working with children or young people with SEND is desirable.
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team are essential.What We Offer

The Night Support Assistant will work 22 hours per week, across two nights (10:00pm-9:00am), Sunday to Thursday, term time only.
