As a Sales Advisor based in our Gainsborough branch you’ll be responsible for:
* Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations.
* Responding to customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude.
* Completing general warehouse duties, including picking and packing orders, putting away deliveries and merchandising displays to a high standard.
* Proactively seeking opportunities to grow sales within the branch, working with both existing and new customers.
This is a full time role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 7.30am - 5pm along with 1 in 2 Saturday mornings 8am - 12 noon.
This role will start from July 2025.

* Proven experience in a customer facing role.
* Dependable team player, prepared to support in all areas of the branch.
* Merchant or industry experience would be ideal but not essential as full training can be provided.
* Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with customers.
