What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready for the next step. Ideally, experience working in a nursing home, care home, or similar healthcare environment. Excellent knowledge of nutrition, special diets, allergies, and hydration. Strong leadership, organisation, and kitchen management skills. Ability to create appealing, nutritious, and high-quality meals for older adults. Food hygiene and safety certifications (or willingness to update as required).
