Right now, we’re on the lookout for a Full-Time Warehouse Operative to join our lively crew in Carnbane, Newry, Co. Down. You’ll be diving into two key areas: Goods In: Unloading containers with up to 4,000 rugs — think of it as your daily gym session. Neatly putting those rugs away in their correct locations. Using a handheld PDA to accurately book in the stock. Goods Out: Picking rugs from multiple locations — you’ll smash your step count goals! Wrapping and rolling pre-cut mats like a pro. Packing the final product to ensure it arrives safely in our customers’ hands. We’re Looking for Someone Who… Has experience in a fast-paced, physically demanding role (bonus points if you’ve emptied containers before). Knows their way around stock control and management systems (if not, we’ll teach you!). Is a solid team player who goes the extra mile for their squad and our customers. Forklift experience? Awesome, but not essential. Can handle a PDA without panicking. Brings a positive attitude, energy, and pride to their work. Takes ownership of their actions and constantly strives to improve.
