Accounts Assistant / Accounts Manager to support the finance team during this transition.
This role is ideal for someone with strong transactional experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), and a proactive approach to training and systems support.Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with hands-on training and support for Syspro users
2. Input and process AP/AR transactions accurately
3. Perform reconciliations and assist with journal entries
4. Set up and maintain supplier accounts
5. Troubleshoot and resolve system-related queries
6. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth adoption of Syspro
Requirements:
7. Previous experience in AP/AR and general finance operations
8. Familiarity with Syspro is essential.
9. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
10. Excellentmunication and interpersonal abilities
11. Ability to work independently and support others in a training capacity
