Unit Role: Reserve Infantry - 7 RIFLES is to provide formed companies and individuals for operations, act as a basis for regeneration and maintain strong links to the civil community. 7 RIFLES is to be capable of mounting and sustaining operations at >R8. Position Role: Officer Commanding B Company is responsible to the Commanding Officer for executing his intent in B Coy. Responsibilities: 1. To Command the Coy in the execution of the CO’s intent. 2. To oversee the execution of all Coy MS responsibilities. 3. To lead with Coy Op FORTIFY activity. 4. To manage production of the company training programme. 5. To oversee all aspects of the administration of the company and liaise with the FTRS staff as appropriate. 6. To provide management of all company welfare issues, especially focussing on mobilised personnel. 7. To oversee planning and coordinate company structures ans task Org’s inline with the 8005. 8. To oversee the management of Coy funds, bids to BHQ for funds and long term forecasting. 9. To oversee the production and execution of the company recruiting programme and provide guidance where required. 10. To carry out any additional tasks that may be required to support the company mission. 11. To oversee the planning and execution of Company level AT.
