Your Role
* Dispensing prescriptions and delivering services.
* Managing the pharmacy team and ensuring excellent customer service.
* Providing frontline NHS services, including emergency prescriptions and Urgent Care.
* Delivering private healthcare services alongside NHS services.
* Maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality in the pharmacy.
* Collaborating with in‑store, regional, and home office teams for clinical and service queries.
* Receiving regular feedback, business updates, and opportunities for further accreditation.
Shift Pattern
Week 1: Monday 09:00‑18:00, Thursday 09:00‑21:00, Friday 09:00‑21:00
Week 2: Saturday 09:00‑21:00, Monday 09:00‑18:00, Friday 09:00‑21:00
Qualifications
* Fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC.
* Accredited to deliver national and local NHS services as well as private healthcare.
* Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer and patient care.
* Strong leadership skills and experience in a fast‑paced pharmacy environment.
* Capability to drive business targets while maintaining service quality.
