Senior Contracts Manager / Project Manager – Construction Division
Location: Mayfield, East Sussex

We are seeking an experienced Contracts / Project Manager to oversee our growing construction arm, managing projects up to £30 million in value. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic professional with strong leadership and commercial skills to play a key role in our continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
* Prepare and manage contract documentation, tender reviews, and project acquisition processes
* Lead project teams and liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
* Maintain and track project progress using MS Project
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Project Manager within construction
* Strong background in residential projects
* Experience managing projects up to £30M in value
* Proficiency with MS Project essential
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
Location: The role is based in Mayfield, East Sussex, with projects located across the region.
