Key Responsibilities
Efficiently managing the shared mailbox to ensure smooth communication channels and prompt responses.
Handling ONM (Order Notification Management) generation requests and addressing queries from the Sales-Operations team.
Preparing essential lift certification documentation, such as DOC, COD, and DEC.
Tracking SAP milestone reports and maintaining accurate records in spreadsheets.
Essential Skills
Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in documentation, milestone tracking, and email management.
