Job Purpose
Responsible for supporting the management and delivery of the global commercial supply chain logistics for Immunocore, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of supplies to distributors, hospitals, and patients through strategic planning and coordination with external partners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and manage global supply planning and scheduling for Non-EU and EU countries.
2. Collaborate with supply chain, manufacturing, and commercial teams to optimize processes.
3. Work closely with 3PL providers and contract manufacturing partners.
4. Develop supply options, facilitate decision-making, and communicate plans to stakeholders.
5. Manage the Commercial Shipping Lane Validations project.
6. Coordinate artwork design, labeling, and regulatory compliance.
7. Implement inventory management policies and develop KPIs for supply chain performance.
8. Conduct scenario analyses for supply planning.
9. Develop and implement supply chain IT systems and manage master data.
10. Review distribution contracts and support serialization tasks.
11. Forecast demand, manage inventory movements, and reconcile inventory monthly.
12. Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards, support change controls, and quality investigations.
13. Manage replenishment, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
14. Support supplier relationship management and contribute to regulatory submissions.
15. Author compliance documents and understand Good Distribution Practices.
Person Specification
Essential Experience and Knowledge
* 5-10 years in pharmaceutical/biological supply chain management.
* Experience with supply planning, procurement, and working with 3PL and contract manufacturing.
* Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.
* Experience managing diverse supply channels.
* Strong analysis skills and knowledge of customs regulations.
Desirable
* Experience with CMC Module 3 of BLAs and INDs.
* Project management skills.
Education & Qualifications
* Essential: BSc. or MSc. in business, supply chain, or related field.
* Desirable: PhD in related discipline.
