The team currently operates across various areas in the West Midlands giving you a wide variety of work a clients. This is an exciting opportunity to grow within a dynamic Employment Division, where we handle a broad spectrum of cases for both employers and employees.
The Role
• Provide expert advice to both employers and employees on a range of employment issues
• Handle TUPE matters, redundancy, and transfers of undertakings
• Negotiate and draft settlement agreements for both employers and employees
