Job Description
As a General Assistant you will…
* Assist in the preparation
* Maintain cleanliness of the front of house areas including organising dishes and utensils.
* Following proper food handling and storage procedures to ensure food safety and prevent contamination.
* Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies.
* Provide friendly and efficient service to clients, addressing any concerns or special dietary needs.
* Participate in training sessions and meeting related to food service procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
Qualifications
* Ideally have experience working within the hospitality business
* Have good Health & Safety knowledge.
* Flexible with a can-do attitude, customer focused.
* Fun and enthusiastic
* Have excellent organization skills.
* Demonstrate great attention to detail.
* Be a team player and enjoy succeeding as a team.
* Possess great customer service skills.
