Fixed term contract: 12 months
Salary range: £33,500.00 - £41,800.00
Full time: 37.5 hours per week

As a Junior Operational Analyst within the Client Analytics team, you will play a key role in supporting business decision‑making by analysing operational and commercial data, developing actionable insights, and helping drive improvements in healthcare delivery and business performance.
You will work closely with senior analysts, business stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams to interpret data, build reports and dashboards (primarily in Power BI), and communicate findings that support our ambition to be the world's most customer‑centric healthcare organisation.
How you'll help us make health happen:
* Collecting, analysing and interpreting operational and commercial data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
* Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports using Power BI and other tools, ensuring data is accurate, timely, and relevant to business needs.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective data visualisations and actionable recommendations.
* Assist in the preparation of presentations and documentation for internal and external stakeholders, turning complex data into clear, compelling narratives.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
* Proficient in at least one coding language (SQL, SAS, R, Python) and Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* Experience with self‑service dashboards – ideally using PowerBI/R Markdown/Python or Tableau.
* Academic applied knowledge of machine learning / statistical modelling techniques.
* Snowflake SQL experience would be beneficial.
* Ability to provide input into, feedback on, and follow a project schedule.
