IT Support Technician
£32,000 per annum Plus Pension, BUPA Medical Cash Plan, Life Assurance, 22 Days’ Holiday + Bank holidays (rising with service)
Blisworth, Northamptonshire - Office-based role, not remote.
The Role:
Olleco is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic ‘2nd Line IT Support Technician’ to join our team.
This position is perfect for someone seeking a challenging role with ample opportunity for career growth. As part of this role, you will be required to work independently, as well as collaborate with our passionate and customer-centric team to improve Olleco end-user experiences. You should have extensive experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Intune Endpoint Management, as the role involves a combination of customer support and project delivery work.
You will be responsible for:
* Running and assisting with projects/changes for improvements in the Microsoft 365 and Azure environment.
* Identifying technologies and enhancements that will improve our service and report them to management.
* Accurately logging both project delivery and support time.
* Providing technical support to Olleco users via telephone, email, and remote control
* Supporting the Olleco userbase on Microsoft 365 and Azure Cloud technology-related incidents.
Technical Skills:
* At least 4 years of experience in IT.
* Experience supporting Office 365 environments.
* Demonstratable Microsoft Cloud experience.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Intune Endpoint Management configuration.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Admin centres and On Prem AD.
* Knowledge of Sophos Central.
Possess at least one of the certifications (or suitable equivalent):
* Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD 102)
* Administrator Expert (MS 102)
