An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a family run care group as a Registered Manager in Clowne, Chesterfield.
You will currently be a Care Home Manager or a Registered Manager preferably managing a Care Home with good CQC Inspection reports.
Ideal Applicants for the Registered Manager role, should meet the following criteria:
Must ideally be a Registered Manager, Care Home Manager or Deputy Manager, with QCF/NVQ level 4 or 5.
Sound experience as a Registered Manager or Care Home Manager or Deputy Manager preferably gained in a Residential Care Home, is important.
Ability and experience of leading and mentoring a team
Good knowledge and understanding of CQC requirements, Safeguarding procedures and best practices of care
Must have solid clinical skills, plus have the ability to ensure training of staff, supervisions and appraisals are done all on time.
Resident’s daily records are kept up to date.
Good administration skills and must be computer literate
Must have strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
Ability to market the Care home and have the ability to fill the beds
