What Will Your Day Look Like? In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support across the HR function inclusive of recruitment and employee relations. Our HR Coordinator is the first point of contact for all general HR queries and day to day HRIS maintenance. Our HR Coordinator will ensure that a high level of confidentiality is maintained at all times. You will: Manage the day-to-day administration of the HRIS, including registering new starters, employee transfers, reporting, absence tracking, personal data maintenance, and liaising with the system provider to resolve any issues and schedule upgrades when required. Manage BUPA private healthcare administration, including issuing quotes, processing invoices, handling P11Ds, and coordinating policy renewals. Prepare and issue ad hoc employee letters, including contract changes, pay review and bonus communications. Maintain accurate records of employee car benefits (company car vs. car allowance) to ensure compliance with company policies along with issuing notification of driving fines where applicable. Assist the HRD with the monthly payroll amendments. Organise relevant HR departmental meetings inclusive of the Bloor Homes Induction. Oversee the annual personal review process, ensuring all required employee reviews are completed accurately and on schedule. Liaise with the Training Coordinator to maintain the eLearning system and attend monthly meetings with the provider to discuss any issues or upcoming changes. Maintain the HR SharePoint to ensure all documentation such as policies are up to date. To provide support with the introduction of new systems to deliver HR initiatives. Please see the job description for more information. What You'll Need To Succeed: Experience working with HR information systems. Knowledge of Learning Management systems. Excellent communication skills. Experience with iTrent MHR (desirable) Project Management experience (desirable) Excellent attention to detail.
