Field Care Supervisor (Homecare)
Location: Stamford & Peterborough
Contract type: Care Management
Role: Field-based supervisor focused on quality. You will support care assistants, carry out spot checks, supervise, complete care plans and assessments, audit care notes, and work closely with coordinators and management. You will also join a paid, supported on-call rota.

What You’ll Need
* NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
* Domiciliary care experience (essential)
* Full UK driving licence & own vehicle
* Strong organization and communication skills
* Passion for high-quality, person-centred care
