This hybrid role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution. You will drive marketing campaigns, shape our brand storytelling, coordinate content capture and creation, manage events like exhibitions and trade shows, and ensure strong internal collaboration. A key part of your role is to empower the business to tell its story and support revenue growth—while also owning the brand’s visual and verbal identity, content, tools, and marketing infrastructure (including CRM integration). Strategic & Commercial Marketing Partner with AVLM leadership to define and execute marketing strategy aligned with business objectives. Act as the link between d&b solutions UK and d&b audiotechnik to ensure aligned messaging and brand voice. Plan and deliver targeted marketing campaigns that drive revenue, awareness, and engagement across Event Production, Integration, and AVLM Hire & Sales. Brand & Content Leadership Own the brand story, voice, and visual identity across all internal and external communications. Lead the creation and rollout of the Brand Foundation Guide and a central ‘Marketing DNA Toolkit’. Manage content capture (photo, video, case studies), working with internal stakeholders and vendors, and oversee content editing, formatting, and publishing. Social Media & Digital Engagement Lead social media strategy and execution (LinkedIn, Instagram), including planning, posting, engaging, and performance monitoring. Manage and grow a network of internal content and social media champions to support storytelling. Events & Client-Facing Marketing Plan and execute d&b solutions' presence at exhibitions, trade shows, and sponsorships. Align events with commercial objectives and ensure strong brand visibility and lead generation. CRM, Data & Campaign Performance Use Salesforce to manage campaign planning, segmentation, tracking, and reporting. Collaborate with sales to ensure data accuracy and measurable outcomes from marketing activity. Budget Ownership & ROI Manage the marketing budget across campaigns, content, and tools. Set and monitor KPIs to assess ROI and continuously improve performance. Enablement & Collaboration Equip teams with tools, templates, and guidance to activate marketing across departments. Foster a culture of shared marketing ownership, enabling confident participation across the business. Personal Competencies and Behaviours: Clear, engaging brand storytelling is evident across all channels and departments. Marketing campaigns drive measurable revenue impact and support sales activity. Social media presence grows consistently in reach, relevance, and engagement. Events and trade show participation generate new business and increase brand awareness. CRM systems are used effectively to track campaigns, leads, and engagement. Marketing spend is strategic, balanced, and measured against ROI-focused KPIs. Teams across the business are empowered and confident in their role as brand ambassadors. A strategic, hands-on marketer with the drive to lead and the humility to collaborate. A confident storyteller, brand guardian, and creative thinker with commercial acumen. Adept at managing marketing operations, budgets, and data to drive measurable outcomes. Proficient in content creation, social media, and campaign delivery—comfortable overseeing execution and advising on strategy. Curious, collaborative, and always evolving—bringing ideas, structure, and inspiration to the teams around you. Experience & Skills 5 years of experience in a B2B marketing leadership or partner role (preferably in events, AV, or tech sectors). Proven track record in delivering integrated campaigns and driving brand visibility. Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), data segmentation, and campaign performance tracking. Experience managing budgets, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders. Confident using design and content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social platforms. Skilled in both strategy and execution, with excellent communication and project management abilities
